Vanshika and Vipal are truly the best couple ever, and I could not recommend them more highly. I had never used a sitter for my dog before, so I was extremely nervous about leaving Marlo with anyone. I did not want to put him in a daycare setting—I wanted him to receive one-on-one care, attention, and love just for him. Vanshika and Vipal gave him exactly that, and they completely took away all of my fears. They treated my French Bulldog, Marlo, as if he were their own dog and a real member of their family. From the moment I left him with them, I had absolutely no stress or worry because I knew he was surrounded by love, cuddles, and care. Marlo had no anxiety while he was there, and it was clear that they made him feel completely safe and comfortable. He was him self! They went above and beyond in every way. They carefully followed his food and medication schedule, including preparing and cutting his food exactly as needed. They reached out right away whenever they had a question, kept me updated on how he was doing and behaving, and always responded incredibly quickly. We even did a trial day beforehand to make sure Marlo would be comfortable, and it was honestly the best idea. It gave me complete confidence that he was in the safest, most loving hands possible. I truly feel like I have found a second permanent home for Marlo. Vanshika and Vipal are so much more than sitters—they are family to him now. I know Marlo would be so happy to go back and spend time with them, even if he did not need to be watched. You can genuinely tell that they do this from the love in their hearts and their deep love for animals. They are both amazing people, and I would trust them with any fur baby without hesitation. Thank you both so much for taking such wonderful care of Marlo—I know he misses you already!

​We were satisfied with the care provided for our cat. The sitter was good, attentive to our pet's needs, and consistently provided timely updates, which we really appreciated. The only constructive feedback we have is that we would have loved to receive more video clips rather than just photos. Our daughters really miss the cat when we are away and always look forward to watching videos, so having a few more of those would have made the experience even better. Other than that, it was a solid and reliable service.

Updating my previous review after using the Doggy Day Care for a couple of weeks for Diego. Consistency is key when looking Pet Care and this couple delivers every single day. They do a fantastic job taking care of Diego making sure he's always happy, active and safe. It's such a relief knowing that I have a Go-To routine where I know my Dog is treated like Family. I can't recommend Vanshika and Vipul enough! I used there Doggy Day Care Services yesterday while I was working and they took absolutely Top-Notch care of my Dog. From the start I felt completely confident leaving my pup in their hands. They are a fantastic couple, incredibly attentive and truly went above and beyond. I'll definitely be booking with them again.
