Family wanting to love on your pets
My teenage girls and I love taking care of your dog and have been dog sitting through Rover since 2022! Our rescue dog Roxie who had some socialization issues for 14 years passed in 2021, but aren't ready for a pet yet. We would LOVE to love on your pet and take care of them. Your dog will enjoy walks in our neighborhood, play, and lots of love and snuggles (if your pet is into snuggles). Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that we can account for as well as feeding restrictions or any medications that need to be given. We'd love to make your pup's stay as smooth as possible. When school is in session, we will not be home for about 8 hours M-F, so if your dog will be staying with us during the week during school they will need to be OK being left unattended for that long. We have a large, but unfenced backyard. We like to hang out in the backyard with the dog on a long tie out cable if that is OK. Otherwise we do 10-15 minute walks around the block and longer ones around the neighborhood to take care of business and to get exercise. We treat your dog like it's our own, and possibly love on it even more than we would our own dog since we don't have one full time! We love being able to give your dog a treat or two a day if possible. If your dog has any favorite toys, feel free to bring them. We only have fish for pets and only take one dog at a time, unless they come from the same home! We look forward to taking care of your dog!

Vanessa and her girls were so good with our nervous dog. Vanessa took great care of Arlo and I would definitely use them again. Communication was excellent as well
Vanessa was awesome! She sent many photos updates while watching him and she really got to know our dog. It was our first time leaving our anxious 1 year old dog and Vanessa was great with him.

I needed a dog sitter with a very short notice. Vanessa was so kind and available. my rose normally is very shy around people she does not know and wants to leave right away. We met with Vanessa prior to dropping rose off. rose felt very at ease.
Vanessa was excellent! I could tell that she really enjoyed caring for my dog, including walking, playing (frisbee and toys), and cuddling with my affectionate dog. Communication was great, and I would highly recommend Vanessa. I hope to have her dogsit again in the future!

Programa
In the morning I'll take your dog for a 10-15 minute walk in the neighborhood and give it breakfast. During the summer we do a mix of hanging out in the house (snuggling/petting, playing with toys, or just chillin') and going outside every 2-4 hours when we're home. We'll feed your dog dinner when it's appropriate and take it for another walk before we go to bed. During the school year we'll do a walk and breakfast before we head to work and school for 8 hours. Then whomever is home first will take the dog out and give it some love. We feed it dinner and take it for a nice walk before bedtime.

I take notes and follow the instructions you give us on how to care for your pet. We love to take dogs out in our neighborhood, hang out in the back yard, or chill on the couch!
Un día normal
We take dogs for walks in our neighborhood. We also hang out in the large backyard with the dog on a 50 ft tie out where there are plenty of sniffs! We love playing fetch in the backyard if your dog likes that. If your dog has favorite toys to play with, bring them on over and we'll happily play with them! Otherwise, we enjoy hanging out on the couch with the doggos.
