I work from home (downtown Squamish) Monday to Friday, and seldom have back-to-back meetings so my day can be easily organized and balanced for you pet care needs! My day usually starts at 6am and ends at 2:30pm because I'm on Toronto hours.

I have a semi-fenced deck that leads to a common yard area with bushes and shrubs at my home, and I live on the ground level of an apartment complex so it's easy to get in and out without getting into an elevator. I am also steps away from the dog park, grassy field and trails. I live with my partner (male) who loves having dogs and cats around. Your furry companion will be in great company with the both of us. I make sure to be communicative with the owner at all times, and ask any questions in advance so that I am prepared. I often take pictures to send back in case you miss them, or they're doing something funny that I just want to share!

Any special meal instructions, how they communicate, what commands do they know, their reactivity, any place they don’t want to be pet, their energy level and needs, how they are on leash and walks (I.e do they have a tendency to look for poop, eat anything they see?). Anything else you would like to share!
A typical day
It will depend on the pet but typically we start we a potty break and a lap around the complex, completed with a treat. Then some home time with toys or naps. I love walking down the local trails, or I can bike with them and take them on hikes or a swim depending on the dog! I also like to visit dog parks where they can be social if they want to. If they have weak joints, sensitive paws, or are reactive, I will tailor their time with me!
