Caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, with hands-on experience caring for horses, dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and both small and large breed dogs. While I’m comfortable with many animals, my specialty and passion are dogs—this is not just pet sitting, but a thoughtfully curated dog boarding experience. I offer in-home dog boarding in a calm, private setting where each dog receives personalized care, attention, and enrichment. My home sits on just over an acre of land, providing plenty of space for supervised outdoor time. Although the property is not fenced, safety is always my top priority; outdoor play is enjoyed on long leashes, allowing freedom to explore while remaining secure. Located close to scenic trails and nearby dog parks, your dog will enjoy regular walks, fresh air, and stimulating outings tailored to their energy level and personality. I focus on maintaining routines, comfort, and a stress-free environment so your dog feels relaxed, happy, and at home while you’re away. If you’re looking for a reliable, attentive, and elevated boarding experience where your dog is truly cared for like family, I’d love to welcome them into my home.

Vanessa took such good care of our boy! They shares mealtimes, snacks! And treated him like one of her own pack. Many photo updates as well as messages letting us know how he was doing. She is caring and I would recommend her 100%! I am and will continue to entrust her with my boy

Vanessa and Corey were so great! We got regular photos and updates and even received fresh eggs when we picked up Tootsie! They were also patient and understanding that Tootsie doesn’t have much experience with cats (or chickens!)

My dog is extremely playful and loving, he is still in puppy life and is very excited to have furry friends over. He is up to date with all his shots and vaccine requirements !!!

A typical day begins with a relaxed morning routine, including outdoor potty breaks, fresh water, and breakfast served according to your dog’s normal schedule. Mornings often include a calm walk or supervised outdoor time on our acre of land, allowing dogs to stretch, explore, and ease into the day at their own pace. Throughout the day, dogs enjoy a balance of enrichment, play, and rest. This may include trail walks, nearby dog park visits (with owner approval), interactive playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. For dogs who prefer a quieter pace, there are cozy spaces for rest and relaxation in a calm home environment. Afternoons are flexible and tailored to each dog’s energy level—whether that means more outdoor play on long leashes, gentle walks, or downtime. Because someone is always home, dogs receive consistent supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day. Evenings are calm and structured, with dinner served as scheduled, followed by light activity, outdoor time, and winding down for the night. Dogs settle in comfortably, maintaining familiar routines to help them feel safe, relaxed, and at home during their stay.
