I think some of the biggest and most important things to know about a dog before taking them in is if they have any food allergies or restrictions, what is there temperament with other dogs and people, any sensitive body areas they might not like touched, if they have any food, kennel, door, or leash aggression/reactivity
A typical day
Feeding scavenger hunt, long walks up and down hills, enrichments toys, a lot of mental stimulation (kongs, lick mats, sniffle mats, puzzle feeders) fetch, and ALOT OF CUDDLES!

Vanessa is a great sitter! I could tell my dog got plenty of exercise staying there and got to play with her dogs. Her farm has lots a room for dogs to run around and play and her other farm animals (horses, cats, etc) provide some unique opportunities for socialization. I highly recommend Vanessa and would bring my pup back.
Vanessa was amazing with my puppy. When I picked Nora up I could tell she had a great time at Vanessa’s place. Vanessa also maintained communication throughout the stay and gave me updates on how Nora was doing. Would definitely book Vanessa again the next time I’m out of town, even though the drive from San Francisco is far!
Vanessa is the absolute best! She is so sweet and caring. She is great with all pets, no matter the size. She is super responsive and always willing to go out of her way to help us with our pets. She is very knowledgable and can answer any and every question we have about our pets. Vanessa is very welcoming and always has a smile on her face. She watched our dogs one weekend and ever since then she is the only person we trust with our pets. She is very attentive to our requests and makes it a habit to send us pictures and updates on how they are doing. You could tell by the photos that they enjoy themselves and so does she. Vanessa is responsible, conscientious, and appears to truly get pure joy out of taking care and loving my dogs. I know that she will give our pets lots of love, care, and attention. We love her and couldn’t be happier to have met Vanessa!!
