My name is Vanessa and I operate Rock Creek Critter Care (follow us on facebook). We live on 4 acres with a fully fenced large yard. We are located in Rock Creek Minnesota, just 2 miles off of I-35. We have 1 cat, 1 horse, and 2 goats. I have a 8 yr old son and a 14 yr son, who are both avid animal lovers. We would love to watch your furry (or feathered) family members for as little or as long as you need in our home. We also offer daily walks or check-ins at your home. Contact us and let us know your needs and we will do everything we can to accommodate you and your pets. Thanks for considering us! Vanessa and Family I currently work part time away from the home. I am gone for roughly 5 hrs in the first part of the day. I can accommodate early morning drop offs or drop offs after 1pm. We have a large fenced hard, split into 2 sections so that I can care for dogs from 2 households at a time. If crate trained, your pet will be crated as you wish vs left free in our home. We followed your feeding schedule based on your instructions.

Vanessa was fantastic. Rumi had an amazing time. We received consistent updates and feedback. Her set up is great for dogs and her attention to detail was great. Rumi returned very happy, very healthy, and soooo tired from all the play :) - just perfect.
Has taken care of my cats twice now and I feel I can completely trust her with taking care of them.
Vanessa got our cat that is afraid of strangers out and socializing with her. I felt my cats were very well taken care of.
My dog loved it here! Will definitely be back.
Vanessa was amazing! Lots of photo updates while we were away getting married that made us feel comfortable and at ease on our big weekend. She also let us coordinate having him picked up so he could be away for a few hours to be in our wedding photos. She gave him lots of love, let him snuggle on the couch, and play with other pups! We would love to have Tuddy stay with her and her family again in the future!
Thank you Vanessa for taking care of our Zoe while we were out of town! She's so content and relaxed now at home, she must have a gotten out a lot of energy while playing out back!!

Schedule
I am away from home for roughly 5.5-6 hrs each day. During that time your pet will be crated if that's what they are used to or they will have free run of the house or entryway. Cameras are present in all locations so i am able to check in on pets throughout the day.

We try to make the experience as close to their normal lifestyle as we can. So the more info you give me about your pet the better stay I am able to provide.

A typical day
Weekends - your pet gets as much outside time as they like with toys/pool/interactions with us. Weekdays- We are up by 6am and your dog will have breakfast and time to play or run around outside or in the house until 7:30 when they will get crated (if crate trained) and I leave for work. Most dogs (especially on their first stay with us), if not crated will be kept in our entryway (12x25 ft), while we are gone. I do use cameras to live stream to my phone what your pets are up to while i am away. I return home by 12:30/1.
