I Like Animals More Than People
I am a huge animal lover and have always had pets. I currently have a 5 year old Min Pin Chihuahua mix and a 1 year old Chihuahua Pug mix. I have also had cats and one was asthmatic. I have experience in handling all types of personalities, ages, breeds and am comfortable with administrating medications as needed. I am available for drop in visits and walks. I have been able to earn the trust from animals that are timid and/or not people friendly. I believe pets are part of the family and should be treated and cared for as such. I will also send photos and a report about each visit, walk and/or stay. I am also pretty flexible with my schedule during the day while my kiddo is in school. This is my only job so while I am caring for your pet, they are my main priority.

I will follow all rules for the safety of your pet and your home. Leashes don’t come off until we are inside with the doors shut and locked. If we have to be in my home, I do have a fenced backyard (however it is all rock so not much fun).

Vanessa was the perfect buddy for Bruce while we were away!
Vanessa has been terrific walking our dogs! They liked her right away and are very comfortable with her. She manages both of them without any problem, and lets them set the pace. We will definitely be enlisting Vanessa’s help again, both for dog walking and dog sitting.
Vanessa is amazing! Omg I’m so lucky to have found her. She took such sweet care of Chloe. I usually check in with sitters but I felt so comfortable knowing Chloe was in good hands I didn’t have to and could focus on my work conference.
Second time booking Vanessa, she’s amazing! So responsive and takes such good care of my home and my dog.
Vanessa was absolutely amazing. We were traveling in our RV, and she came directly to the RV park and stayed with our dogs in the RV so we could run errands and take care of things worry-free. She walked them multiple times, kept them happy and comfortable, and they took to her immediately. You can instantly tell when someone genuinely loves animals, and Vanessa truly does. She also sent us tons of great photos and updates, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease leaving our pups in her care and would 100% book her again. Highly recommend!
Vanessa did an incredible job watching my Doberman! He is a rescue that can be reactive and distrustful towards new people. I was very nervous since this was the first time having someone other than family watch him. Vanessa took the time to come meet him twice before my vacation to make the introduction smoother, which I appreciated so much. I am very specific about how people interact with him before he warms up and she exceeded my expectations, putting my mind at ease while on vacation. She sent lots of pictures and updates, my dog had a great week with her! Lots of walks/hikes and play time. She also took great care of my home. The vacation was great, but knowing everything was good at home was even better. She is incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. She is very professional and treats this job with great care, I will be booking with her again!
