I work from home and have a flexible schedule to spend time with your pup. I recently lost my own dog and would love to spoil yours until I am ready to get another dog of my own. I have lots of experience with in-home dog sitting and have cared for giant and small dogs, as well as puppies learning to train and older dogs with special needs(medication, exercise, vet visits, etc). My priority is to make sure your pup is happy, healthy and safe. I am active and go walking every day, so I have my favorite spots to take your dog, according to their needs. I can also work on doggie manners if that's something you are looking for.

Vanessa is great. We will definitely rebook with her on our next vacation. She is very responsive to all our questions and concerns. She took our dog on daily walks and sent plenty of pictures during our 5-day vacation.
Our normal kennel was full for Thanksgiving so we gave Rover and Vanessa a try. She took such great care of our pit mix Noodle! She gave great updates and photos the entire time which eased my mind. We were super nervous about using a pet sitter for the first time but Vanessa reassured us. She took Noodle on a walk everyday and did well with Noodle even with my dogs quirks! She can adjust to your needs for a truly custom sit! Thanks so much Vanessa and for booking on such short notice!

Schedule
Working from home allows me to be with your dog most of the day. I can fit in a morning or midday walk or play session for really active dogs and enjoy walking in the park near my house in the afternoons.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will be the only dog in the house and have all my attention! I have a yard that is not fenced, so will leash and stay with your dog for all potty breaks and outside time.

A typical day
There is a big park with a walking path near my house for walks and several grassy areas nearby that can be used for fetch or play. While at home dogs have freedom in the house and several beds to lounge on and keep me company.
