I’ll be working from home during the summer so I’ll be with your dog at all times.. During the stay the dogs have multiple beds that can be use and are allowed on furniture too. I have a doggie door to my fenced yard so the dogs can go out whenever they want, if your dog is not used to a doggy door I’ll open the door for them and go out with them as many times as they want 😊. I do afternoon walks but of course can offer an extra walk at lunch time if your dog needs it . we also like to go hiking so let me know if your dog would like that or just a quick walk around the neighborhood. I offer cuddles all day long :)

we lost our dog Ramona last year due to cancer 💔 when she was here I was hosting only small dogs but recently started accepting medium size dogs as well, but if your dog doesn’t like larger dogs please let me know and I can accommodate . I have a fenced backyard that the dogs can use when they want, and we are always checking for any holes. But we also have cameras and will keep an eye on them at all times. My husband and I work as a team to take care of everything, we will follow feeding and potty schedules that your dog needs and will offer treats, walks, and cuddles as needed .

Please let me know if your dog have any dietary restriction, if something triggers them, where do they sleep, and their potty and feeding schedule. If they like other dogs and are comfortable around children. Also let me know what they like to do, what type of games they like, if they enjoy playing outside or prefer being inside in the couch.
A typical day
We will walk around the neighborhood, and sometimes go to the park nearby (if you’re ok with that), there’s a lot of toys around the house (human and doggy toys) that your dog can play with. I will play with your dog with toys and balls, and our daughter likes to run around with them too.

Hi! I’m Vanessa! I grew up with dogs my whole life and got into full dog mom mode 15 years ago. I’ve cared for my two poodles dogs during this time, and also hosted family and friends dogs at my house. I am very respectful of your care instructions for your dog and also have experience with sick/blind older dogs. Me and my family know that dogs are part of your family and I know the stress you feel when you have to leave them with somebody else, so be sure they will be loved and safe here, and I will send you as many pictures as possible during the stay.

Vanessa is hands down the best pet sitter. I had a last minute cancelation and she was so willing to watch my pups during a holiday even. She treats my dogs like her own and makes a dedicated effort to make the dogs feel at home. I moved out of state and I still thought of her first after my first sitter (closer to my area) fell through. Her and her family are so sweet and I always appreciate her love and care for my pups!
