Vanessa is always great, professional, kind & responsive. She always make my fur baby stay a fun & pleasant one. I'm so glad she was able to fit us in for a last minute trip.🫶🏾

My experience was not what I expected. I booked the services weeks in advance I mentioned doing a meet and greet and finally the week before I left I reached out because I had not heard from Vanessa as she stated once I booked she’d reach out to me but she never did even when we met up she was really quiet kind of stand off I thought maybe she was having a bad day or something. Drop off day came it was fine. I had to reach out to her she didn’t provide many pics of Junior as I advised he’s really clingy, he get nervous when left alone also I work from home so he’s always up under me I just wanted better communication as I’ve had with previous sitters. Now coming home I kept Vanessa updated the best I could as it was bad weather a few Della’s that I couldn’t control and I was a hour late in which I’d completely understand being charged extra but Vanessa contacted me more on my way home than she did while my dog was with her. She advised me she was going to dinner as I was returning and had a layover the flight was late then even later as a bird flew into the plane before us( extremely unexpected) which cause our landing to be delayed even more but I’m in the air it’s nothing I could do and yet she continued to message me as if I was flying the plane. Like I said my experience was very frustrating not saying she’s a bad sitter I guess just very impatient. Also my dogs leash is gone she put him tightly in a new leash that I don’t like smh it’s just been a day I’m just happy I got my baby home.
