Large & Giant Breed Experienced!
I'm experienced in large breed and giant breed dogs. I have a 107 lb German Shepherd named Dixie. She is 5 and fantastic with other dogs large and small. I have fostered puppies and mature dog. With this experience I realized that I love opening up my home to new furry friends. I have done senior and end of life care with my personal dogs as well as family friends dogs. I live in a quite home to make your senior pup feel at ease. I have experience training with clickers and ecollars. I am willing to make accommodations to make your pet comfortable.

Vanessa was so good with my boy Kevin. Very responsive and made sure to keep me updated while I was away with pictures of their walks. Definitely will use again
Vanessa was amazing with our large dog (Rottweiler)! She was great at introducing all of her other pets to our dog, who can take a bit to warm up to other animals. Her space is also great for larger dogs. We will be using Vanessa in the future, and recommend others to as well!

Vanessa was great! She went above and beyond to meet me at a pick up location on a busy day when we were leaving the country. This made things stress free for our family! She let us know our dogs had settled in, and provided pictures which was nice, and provided us with peace of mind. Our dogs were very happy and healthy upon our return, and we are very grateful for Vanessa’s care!!!

Schedule
I'm currently working part time, 2 days per week. Pups can be let out on my lunch break and will not spend more then 3 hours alone. I do have a large crate that your pet can stay in if the are more comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
A large crate will be available in a quite room for your pet to decompress if needed. If your pup is most comfortable sleeping on the bed, that's ok too! I want to respect your pets boundaries and do whatever makes them most comfortable.

A typical day
Our day starts off with a small walk 15-20 minutes. I have a nice sized yard with a tether (if your dog is a runner) where both my dog and your dog can play. I like to end our day with a longer walk 30 minutes to 45 minutes to Tucker out the dogs before everyone gets put to bed.
