Hello Pet Parents! I had an 90 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback named Copper for 11.5 years, but he died of cancer in 2021. We miss our Copper so much! I am here to help your pets feel safe, loved and like they are at home. I love all animals and have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters and guinea pigs. I have a Masters in Social Work, but I am currently a stay at home mom with three children in school and one at home. I am flexible and reliable to help your pet while you are away for work or vacation. Please contact me for availability.

Vanessa took great care of my dog, Cherish. I really appreciated the consistent updates and photos, and it gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Cherish is very shy around new people and places, but Vanessa and her family made her feel right at home. I also appreciated Vanessa accommodating me on short notice. Thank you again!

My dog was so happy and very loved while I was gone on vacation. Zora fell in love with her kids, loved playing with them, and watching them ;) - she kind of got sad in the car as we pulled away! Will book again.
Hank was obviously well cared for and had a great time playing with Vanessa’s kids. I got pictures and updates through the stay.

We don’t board our dogs often, but we will ALWAYS go back to Vanessa when we do. One of our dogs had pretty bad anxiety being away from home, and Vanessa was so gracious and understanding about it, adapting to meet his needs. She sent us consistent updates and pictures of their stay. Our dogs are fairly energetic, and she ensured that they received plenty of exercise and attention. I would highly recommend booking with Vanessa.

I cater to the pets needs and let them sleep on the couch or crate; whatever they prefer. I take them outside on walks regularly.
A typical day
On a typical day, I will take your dog(s) on regular walks around the neighborhood and provide lots of cuddles during the day. I will feed them on their schedule and provide playtime.
