I’m attentive to changes in behavior, energy, or appetite and communicate clearly with pet owners so they feel informed and at ease. I adjust my care based on each pet, whether that means slower, sniff-friendly walks for senior dogs, gentle play for dogs who enjoy engagement, or quiet companionship for pets who prefer space. I keep homes clean, maintain litter boxes or feeding areas, and make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while their people are away.

Vanessa took great care of our four pets! She stuck exactly to their usual schedule, even though that meant waking up very early every morning to feed them breakfast. She was communicative and provided regular updates. Vanessa took good care of the house too, leaving it as tidy as she found it. Would definitely book with her again!

I am so glad I finally found someone I can trust! Vanessa has been wonderful with my fur babies. They just love her and look forward to seeing her. I feel absolutely safe having Vanessa in my home while I’m away. I have both a cat and a dog. My dog has special needs and Vanessa is able to care for her perfectly. Zeitplan
I work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. During the workweek, I’m available for morning and evening walks, drop-ins, and care. When I’m house sitting, I can provide morning and evening walks, and on Thursdays and Fridays I work from home, allowing for additional presence and a midday check-in or walk during my lunch break. On weekends, I have more flexibility and availability, which allows me to be more present and attentive to pets who benefit from extra time, companionship, or a relaxed routine.
