Looking to make new furry friends!
Dogs & cats have been around in my life for as long as I can remember! As a child, I grew up with a purebred golden retriever and then later on once I was older helped to train & take care of my family’s energetic adopted lab mix and an introverted black cat. I also grew up dog & cat sitting for neighbors with drop-in visits for meal time, potty breaks, and playtime. Since going off to college, I’ve been around pets less often so I’m eager to meet & assist you in caring for your pets!

I value patience & respect in order to earn trust with your pets and with you! Vanessa is wonderful! Has cared for my pup a few times, she’s a great sitter and very sweet.
Vanessa was fantastic. She sent multiple pictures of our pup and even went out of her way to try to clean his paws after a muddy walk.
Vanessa took great care of Bobby, I came home to a happy cat and he’s glad he got to make a new friend!
Vanessa was a great sitter for my cat, Nico. She was communicative and left me great photos and notes about how each visit went, especially as he can be slow to warm up to new people. We had a minor miscommunication on the first visit and she went the extra mile to follow up and make sure the cat got what he needed and that I was comfortable. Look forward to hiring her again!
This was our second time hiring Vanessa to watch our cat Jasper, she was a pleasure to have in our home! She sent detailed messages and very cute pictures to us every visit and was very enthusiastic about watching our little guy. She is the best!

Schedule
I work remotely full-time. My early mornings before work and late afternoons to evenings during the week are flexible for drop-in visits or dog walks, as well as typically anytime on the weekends!
