Home is where the paws are!
We’ve had dogs as long as we both can remember and have always felt comfortable around any breed or size. Many friends and family have always called upon us when their pet is in need of some love and care and we have so much to go around. Our pups unfortunately passed away in 2020 & 2022 and we’ve been empty nesters since. Rover has been a way for us to continue experiencing the love that pups have to give, and has really helped us by providing some therapeutic support throughout our times of grief.

Gio & Vanessa were very responsive. I received regular updates. They are quite knowledgeable about dogs and were intentional about easing our Buddy’s transition to their care since it was his first time with them. This was the first time he was boarded and did not bolt out the door when we came to pick him up so i surmise he liked staying with them!
Vanessa and Gio took phenomenal care of our boy, Dio, while we were out of town. They were attentive, caring, organized, and genuinely invested in his happiness and well-being. We felt completely at ease leaving him in their care and won't hesitate to book with them again the next time we travel.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Gio and Vanessa! From the moment we dropped Niko off, we felt completely at ease. They sent us daily video updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Niko was happy, well cared for, and getting lots of attention! We especially appreciated that they have experience with Cane Corsos. It’s not always easy to find someone who understands and is comfortable with the breed, and that made all the difference for us. Gio & Vanessa were incredibly thorough & communicative. We are so grateful to have found them! We’ll absolutely be booking with them again and highly recommend Gio & Vanessa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced dog sitter!!

Gio is an amazingly loving person who loves dogs. Henry had his own private carpeted freshly vacuumed room with a window. Daily walks and human engagement with his family made Henry feel at home. Gio’s intake process was professional and ensured both Henry and I were at ease and it made the entire relationship easy. Thank you Gio and Vanessa for loving my baby boy.

We both currently work from home, so are open to any and all schedules. We understand that life has many variables and our pets lives are no different.

Pets are family in our home, and will always be treated with lots of love. You can rest easy knowing that your pup is in good hands. Patience is key and we have lots of it.
A typical day
As mentioned before, we are dog lovers thru and thru. Depending on your dogs energy level and needs, we will adjust accordingly and take note of their likes and dislikes. We are more than happy to roll around in the grass or just hang out and snuggle.
