Our first visit to Vanessa was a great success. She was friendly, competent, and dealt with a high energy 5 month old pup with no issues.
Vanessa was fantastic with Ivy. From the moment we dropped her off, it was clear she was in caring and capable hands. Vanessa kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which was really reassuring, and it was lovely to see Ivy so settled and relaxed. She clearly took the time to understand Ivy and made her feel at home – seeing her happily snoozing under the desk said it all! Vanessa was a wonderful host to our large breed dog for some day care while we were visiting the area. She welcomed us warmly, clearly cares very deeply about animals and has a great knowledge of their needs. She has a professional but friendly approach to providing an excellent service for pet owners and the animals she cares for. She opened her home and garden generously for our dog to explore freely and find somewhere he was comfortable. She took the time to discuss and understand him and his needs as an individual on hand-over. She updated us that he was settled and happy during his stay. He was at ease with her instantly and he clearly had a great time when we collected him. We would be very happy to return to Vanessa in the future - Thank you!
