Vanessa was a lovely lady who took vegetable care of Spot! My dad and step mum were coming down to stay and bringing their dog with them, the first 2 nights they stayed we had plans and didn’t want to leave Spot on his own for too long. Therefore I came onto Rover and found Vanessa. She sent updates of Spot throughout his stay and some lovely pictures too! She catered to his every need and Spot is very happy and relaxed on his return. Thank you Vanessa!
Our puppy Teddy has just stayed with Vanessa for 9 nights. We felt Vanessa provided a home from home in a relaxed environment. Vanessa sent regular updates and photos throughout his stay. We are pleased we have found someone we can trust to take good care of Ted. He loved his time there. Thank you so much Vanessa.
Vanessa was a lovely and friendly lady who you felt at ease with straightaway. Her genuine love and care for my dog was obvious , it just shone through. Had no concerns at all.
Syd stayed with Vanessa for 19 days for his holiday , he was very relaxed and happy when I picked him up , Vanessa was very understanding about Syd as he is an old boy now and his needs more attention and lots of love and cuddles . It was great to have photos of Syd whilst we were away and updates on what they were up too most days . I know Syd will be happy to go and stay with Vanessa again . Thankyou Vanessa .
Our puppy Teddy seemed to take to Vanessa instantly. Teddy stayed with Vanessa for a few hours today ahead of a longer stay in June. This was a really helpful introduction for them both. Teddy is a high energy pup who can at times become over stimulated quite quickly - Vanessa was very skilled in managing this. It was the first time Teddy had been left with anyone and we went away reassured that he will be well looked after whilst we are on holiday.
Nellie had a 12 day stay with Vanessa for the first time, she came back happy and seemed to have a good connection with Vanessa. I would have no hesitation in recommending her

Schedule
This is my job, I get so much joy from the company of dogs. They're hilarious, moody, stubborn and everything else. What a great job.

I have a 6-8ft fence around my large garden/patio, my Coco (staffy) was an escape artist, extra precautions were needed. She was an energetic wigglebum.
A typical day
There's a large field across the road, where lots of dog walkers meet up to play together. Its a great place to socialise your pups
