What sets me apart is the dedicated, attentive care I give every dog I look after. I work from home as a software engineer, so I'm around throughout the day and can easily adapt to your dog's needs and routine. I've been dog sitting for around four years and absolutely love it. I care deeply about animal welfare, and my priority is always making sure every dog in my care feels happy, settled and loved. Before that, I was a cat owner for 15 years, which taught me the value of consistent care, patience and a calm, loving home. I live in a house with a large, secure garden, right by Fordbridge Park. I love getting out for walks, so your dog can look forward to plenty of fresh air and outdoor adventures. I hope to have a dog of my own in a couple of years, but for now I'd love the chance to give your pet all the love, attention and care they deserve while you're away.

Caring for your dog fits naturally into my day. I work from home as a software engineer, so I'm around all day and can take regular breaks for walks, play and attention. Your dog won't be left alone for long periods, and they'll always have company nearby. With Fordbridge Park on the doorstep and a large, secure garden at home, it's easy to build plenty of fresh air and exercise into the day. My working hours are structured but flexible, so I'm happy to follow your dog's usual routine, whether that's specific feeding times, walk lengths or how they like to wind down in the evening. From daytime companionship to relaxed evenings at home, your dog will get plenty of time, care and attention while they stay with me.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is a safe and secure environment for your dog. It's a house with no direct access to busy roads, and all doors and windows can be securely closed and locked. There's also a large, fully secure garden, so your dog can enjoy plenty of fresh air, play and toilet breaks safely, with gates kept closed at all times. We're lucky to live right by Fordbridge Park, a lovely big green space that's perfect for daily walks, sniffing about and burning off energy. Your dog will always be on a lead or under close supervision outdoors, and I'll stick to whatever routine and walking preferences you're comfortable with. Your dog's safety is my top priority, and I'll always supervise them to make sure they feel comfortable, happy and protected in my home.
A typical day
A typical day with your dog is full of fun, fresh air and plenty of attention. We'll start the morning with a walk in Fordbridge Park, giving your dog the chance to stretch their legs, explore new smells and burn off some energy. As I work from home, your dog won't be left alone. They're welcome to curl up in a cosy spot beside me while I work, and I'll take regular breaks for belly rubs, a quick game or a potter round the garden. Lunchtime brings another walk or some outdoor play, followed by a relaxed afternoon of naps and downtime. In the evening we'll head out for a gentle stroll before winding down together. The day ends with some quiet time and lots of cuddles, so your dog goes to bed feeling safe, happy and loved.
