Fun fact: my profile picture is of me and Panda 🐼, the first fur baby I ever took care of for a family friend when I was 12! I am someone who has always grown up around animals including dogs, cats, turtles, and birds. I’ve always had a desire to take care of them, so much that at one point I wanted to go to veterinary school. Although I decided to switch to nursing, being able to take care of the adoring pets of others is something that I’d love to keep as my hobby. I’ll make sure to love your pet the same way I loved the ones I grew up with. All in all, I get to distress from school, and they can get all the cuddles and play in the world. It’s a win win! I’ll also make sure to keep you updated with pictures and videos so you can rest assured that they’ll be in good hands :)

Vanessa was a sweetheart! This was my first time using this and she made me feel very comfortable and easy about this decision. She even came to introduce herself to me and Otis prior to the visit so I really appreciated that. And Otis loves her! That’s my favorite part! I’ll definitely be booking again.
Vanessa did an absolute amazing job staying with Onyx. She was with him for two days and a night and did everything that I asked her to do the exact way I asked her to. She kept in touch with me the whole time and dealt with my paranoia as I never left him before.. She left the house, nice and clean and took out the garbage. I will definitely be booking her again. Vanessa was great with our dog and guinea pig while my family was away. She was communicative, sent pictures and videos, followed all our instructions and took great care of our house . We will definitely use her again.
Vanessa came for a trial before the real booking that I need her for,for three days. So far, she did a great job. She stayed with Onyx for two hours and he is a very high maintenance dog. He has a lot of energy and barks a lot. He was definitely trying to hump her too lol. With all that,she kept her cool and tried the different things that I said to calm him. He ended up laying down next to her. She sat with him on the floor, which I appreciated. She fed him and gave him freshwater. My house was left the same way I left it. I will definitely be back to leave another review for next time. Thank you so much, Vanessa.
Our cat Teddy was glad to see Vanessa again for a couple days while we were out of town. She took good care of him and provided updates and photos. Vanessa is easy to work with, and we appreciated her prompt and thorough communication before, during, and after her visits as needed. Thank you!

Schedule
I am currently a full-time nursing student, with all of my classes being on Tuesdays (9am-7pm). I also have clinical rotations on Mondays (9am-4pm in Queens) and Thursdays (7:30am-3pm in Manhattan) starting the last week of August. Besides that, my schedule is pretty open :) I also speak Spanish!
