I have excellent communication skills, provide top-notch care and attention to the pets I look after. In my 15 years experience caring for pets, friends and family have instilled trust in me to walk, feed, and love their furry friends. I am in the process of starting my dog training journey as well. Before taking on a new client, I want to take the time to understand your pet's needs, including their physical abilities, temperament, and any special needs or medical conditions. I will always carry fresh water for your pet, especially on hot days, to ensure they stay hydrated. I will provide updates to the pet owner after each walk, including how the pet behaved, any concerns or issues that arose, and any other relevant information. I will take care of your best friend while providing them with the exercise and stimulation they need to stay healthy and happy!

Vanessa was so great my fur babies love her and I didn’t have to worry while we were gone
Vanessa did a great job with our dogs and house but when I tried to book a second time she showed up late to our meeting, gave me the runaround after committing to our job, then canceled my housesitting gig <48 hours before our trip, and tried to shuffle me around to someone else she knows. I went from very satisfied to frustrated and angry very quickly. Based on my total experience with Vanessa, I can't recommend her.
Vanessa was wonderful! From the first time we met her, we felt comfortable and confident she would take good care of our boys. She was punctual, communicated well to let us know of her arrival and how things were going, as well as when she was leaving. She even took the time to wash out dinner dishes after the dogs had eaten- we are very pleased with her and will be booking her again!
Vanessa is the absolute best with our four little weirdos and their various idiosyncrasies. Our dogs loved her from minute one, which isn’t always the case with sitters. When we got home after four days, they acted like we were gone for a few hours, which is always an indication to me that their routines were in place and they got plenty of attention while we were away. She left the place looking better than I remember it looking when I left, took care of details we never mentioned but were very appreciative of, like taking the trash to the curb, and the thing that was such a stress reliever - when our flight home was canceled and we were home 18 hours later than expected, she was able to stay a little later and potty them an extra time in the morning to give us time to get back. She’s thoughtful about things like temperature when doing walks, food allergies, medication needs, and she’s just generally very competent. I would not hesitate to recommend her and use her again.
Vanessa was perfect! So flexible and gave great updates. Left my home completely spotless like she was never there. Would 100% book again!
