Loving, Reliable Dog Sitter–Your dog’s new bestie!
I adore all animals and love spending time with them. Dogs are amongst my favourite and having had a Bichon Frise for 14.5 years, I sadly no longer have a dog of my own. I would love to still be able to spend time with dogs and give them some good love and attention :) While I am not able to provide a weekly commitment I am available on odd days/weekends to look after/walk and also short holidays (such as looking after overnight or for a long weekend).

Vanessa is absolutely fantastic with our border terrier, Buddy. It’s clear she has a genuine rapport with dogs—Buddy adores her, and we can tell the feeling is mutual! Her communication is always spot on; we really appreciate the regular updates and any photo she sends while we’re away—it’s so reassuring. We know Buddy is in safe hands with Vanessa, and it’s such a relief to have someone we trust completely. He’s always well cared for, and we never worry when he’s with her. Highly recommend!
Vanessa is wonderful with pets and has a real love for animals which shows in the way treats and looks after them. Vanessa has looked after our doggo since he was a puppy 4 years ago and has always been great with him. She is reliable and trustworthy and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine - I work from home part of the week, which gives me the flexibility and time to provide lots of attention, walks, and cuddles. I also live near a park, making daily outdoor time easy and enjoyable for both me and the dogs I care for. Whether it's playtime, walks, or just relaxing company, I love having pets as part of my day.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention and care. I follow any routines, feeding instructions, and rules set by the owner to help pets feel secure and at ease. Walks are always on-lead unless in a fully enclosed space, and I make sure pets are never left unattended for long. I treat every pet like my own—with love, patience, and respect.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active, happy, and mentally stimulated! Depending on their energy level and personality, we might go on relaxing walks to the nearby park, enjoy playtime with their favourite toys, or do some basic training games. I’m all about belly rubs and of course cuddle time! Whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or just exploring new smells on a walk, I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention and fun.
