Vanessa and her husband John are the sweetest couple who love dogs and showed my boy lots of love! They have a big yard which is great for getting out energy and they took my dog on long walks as well. I felt at ease as soon as I met them and knew my pup was in safe hands. Will definitely use them again!
Vanessa is amazing! Cooper was so happy and loved all the care and attention. He couldn’t have been looked after any better! He went on so many adventures during his stay and had the best time! He can’t wait to go back!! Highly, highly recommend Vanessa!

Vanessa is very good. We highly recommend her. She is the best. She is wonderful, caring and diligent, and took very good loving care of our old dog Hugo. He had many long walks in the surrounding parks. Our dog is very old and was very ill for a period. Vanessa responded right away, consulted us, and took him to the veterinarian where they ran diagnostics and gave her prescriptions for antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines. Then she and her husband cared for him in the kindest way as he got better. I couldn't think of a better person with a lovely home to look after our dog. I would highly recommend her and plan to leave our dog at their home again if available.

As Vanessa is an avid outdoor enthusiast your pup will be in doggy heaven at Vanessa’s place with lots of exercise and adventures. I’m retired and am available for pet boarding and walks during the week. I’m very active, spending my time hiking, walking or xc skiing so your dogs will get plenty of exercise.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard but also live close to the riverfront paths and off leash dog park. Dogs are walked at least twice per day, (morning and evening) for a minimum of an hour each time and will also be taken for daytime walks in the neighbourhood or hikes.
A typical day
I am physically active every day so your dogs will accompany me when I go on my outings. I allow sniff time and off-leash time if you allow that.
