Vanessa is an extremely caring and reliable person. As a dog owner herself, she knows exactly what looking after a dog entails and she always makes sure any dog in her care is properly looked after. Her black Lab, Cariad, is one of the happiest dogs I've ever met! Vanessa takes her on lots of adventures in the countryside, they go for wild swims and long walks in the hills. As a dog sitter myself, I am very jealous of the beautiful places Vanessa and her dogs get to explore together! If you're looking for a fun, caring, approachable and reliable dog sitter, Vanessa is the right person for the job.
Vanessa was lovely with our dogs Tilly & Toby. Felt very happy to leave them in Vanessa’s care while we were away for the weekend. Highly recommended and would use again.
Vanessa has looked after our pets on two occasions now, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough. On both occasions, she was incredibly helpful and flexible, including helping us at short notice, which we really appreciated. She sent us regular photo updates during every visit, which was especially reassuring as we were a little anxious about leaving our kittens after recently losing our cat. Vanessa was so caring and kept us updated throughout, which gave us real peace of mind. We knew Vanessa from her previous roles working with children, and I think that same level of care and attentiveness was really evident when she looked after our kittens and guinea pigs. We’ll definitely be booking her to look after our dog next time too! She also went above and beyond with some lovely little extras for my birthday and for my daughters, which was such a thoughtful surprise. We would absolutely trust Vanessa with our pets again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Vanessa is a very calm, caring and compassionate person who is very confident around animals. My dog can be quite nervous around people but she is very relaxed and happy in Vanessa’s company. Vanessa is always very punctual and reliable and I can wholeheartedly recommend her to look after any pet.

Schedule
I am currently working in education part time. This allows me time to support your pets needs, especially during the holidays. As a dog owner myself, I know your pet is part of the family and deserves the best care available. I love animals and am happy to care for them as if they are my own.
