Vanessa was an incredible pet sitter for our 10-year-old cat, Pancho, while we were traveling. She was deeply committed to making him feel comfortable and loved right from the start. Her communication with us was outstanding. After every drop-in visit, she sent detailed, thoughtful updates about Pancho's mood (plus a few pics and vids), how he was eating, and all the tasks she completed. We always felt completely informed and at ease. Pancho is usually quite shy and anxious with new people, but he bonded with Vanessa in such a surprising and beautiful way over the drop-in visits. It gave so much peace of mind to see him happy and relaxed with her. Vanessa has been absolutely amazing with my dog, Simba, this week! From the very beginning, she showed so much care, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Simba can be a bit particular, but he instantly felt comfortable with her; which says everything. She was always punctual, communicative, and kept me updated with how each walk went, which gave me real peace of mind. I could tell Simba was not only well taken care of, but truly happy and excited for his walks with her. It’s such a relief to find someone so trustworthy and kind. Vanessa was extremely dedicated in her time with Renzo. She provided consistent, clear updates and, ever since she first met Renzo, she instantly clicked with him and showed genuine care for animals. Zeus Loves Vanessa and Tito! I highly recommend her as a pet caregiver. She has been taking care of Zeus for over a year, whenever I'm not able to travel with him. I have always felt confident when Zeus is in her care she is responsible, reliable, and truly knows what she is doing. She loves dogs as if they were her own. and in addition, Tito's company really is a good influence on Zeus's behavior. He comes back home happy and safe. Vanessa has cared for my cats for several years. Whenever I have to travel or be away from home for several days, she takes responsibility for Greta and Molly's necessities. She plays with them responsibly, gives them food, and attends to all their needs. My experience with her services has been excellent and I definitely recommend her good treatment of any pet under any circumstances.
