Quiet House on North End of MI
We're a family of four with two little girls (ages 4 and 2) and a stinky cute old pug. We're located on the north end of MI and have an enclosed yard for your dog (plus an extra enclosed space on the side of the house) and a wrap a round porch. Our door is pretty much always open so the dogs can go in and out as they please and our gates are super secure so unless your dog is a digger, they're safe in our yard. We also only board dogs who are two or older. :-) I'm at home every day and gone no more than a few hours to run my kids around to their activities each day. I've taken the dogs I've watched with me on all errands if they like car rides so they're pretty much around someone 90% of the time they stay with us. Our house is three stories and our current Pug is 8 years old and mostly blind so she sleeps a large portion of the day. She will sniff other dogs but that's the extent of her socializing and she will mostly just ignore guests. My girls and I love animals and your dog would feel like part of our family! Your dog would go on daily walks and if they're comfortable in cars, running my errands with me and my girls! We have an extra crate if your dog wants to sleep there or they can sleep with us in our bed or with one of my girls.

Vanessa is wonderful with our cats and doggie! She is so sweet with them. She's one of the few dog sitters that our little Pom trusts! Yay! Thank you Vanessa! And thank you for being so willing to help out even at the last moment!

Vanessa is great! Hootie was so calm when I picked him up so I know he enjoyed his stay with Vanessa and her girls. She is flexible and sent me pics throughout his first stay which was very appreciated. It puts you at ease to have a great dog sitter especially with an older dog
Sushi clearly had a fantastic time with Vanessa and the kids and was treated like one of the family! I really appreciate Vanessa's orientation to detail with regard to Sushi's care and making everything go absolutely smoothly.
