10/10 stay. Kermit loves staying with Vanessa. It’s a vacation for him. Lots of love and socialization.

Vanessa was always kind and professional in our interactions, and she provided daily photos of our dog during his stays. However, there were several things about our experience that left us uncomfortable and ultimately led us to discontinue future bookings. Our dog is very skittish due to having been attacked by another dog in the past, so we specifically asked Vanessa to watch only our dog, aside from her own dog, Pako. We understood that she had agreed to this arrangement. Later, we noticed indications that other dogs had also been staying with her during our dog’s stay, which was concerning given the specific arrangement we had discussed. We also found it difficult to get much information about how our dog was doing beyond the daily photos. Despite asking about his behavior, activities, and how he was adjusting, we received relatively little detail about his stay. As pet owners, particularly with a dog who has some anxiety around other dogs, clear communication and knowing how our dog is doing is very important to us. There was also an environmental concern that contributed to our uneasiness. On multiple occasions when we dropped off or picked up our dog, the music and television in the home were playing at an uncomfortably loud volume. After experiencing this more than once, it gave us an uneasy feeling, particularly because we were leaving our dog in the home for an extended period. When we reached out to Vanessa to clarify what had happened and attempted to speak with her by phone, rather than having a conversation about the misunderstanding, she canceled our two future bookings and removed herself from our text conversation. We appreciate the kindness she showed toward our dog and the photos she provided, but ultimately we felt that the communication, transparency, and overall experience did not meet our expectations. We were especially disappointed with how the situation was handled when we tried to address our concerns directly.

Vanessa was highly communicative. She helped me through my first time booking on Rover and kept me updated throughout the stay reassuring me with pictures. She was extremely enthusiastic and made me feel at ease leaving my pup with her. I would highly recommend and will keep her at the top of my list for future needs.

Vanessa is a loving and attentive person to my furry baby Tyson. Her establishment is fulled with balls, fun toys and just playtime for them. She was very warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone who is looking to board their furry babies.

Vanessa was absolutely marvelous. She was so nice and very understandable. She made me feel trusted to leave my dog with her. My little guy has such a great time. He was asleep right after I picked him up. I highly recommend her. She does treat your animal with care like it was her own.
