Hi there! I'm Vanessa, and I’ve been caring for pets for 8 years, starting with my own beloved furry family members. Growing up in Peru, I took care of two dogs and one cat who were like siblings to me—my “pet-siblings” as I like to call them! While they officially belonged to my mom, I was the one responsible for their daily care. Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of caring for other people’s pets, including puppies and adult dogs. My experience includes administering medication (as prescribed by a vet), providing attentive care, and ensuring they feel loved and safe. While most of my experience is with dogs, I’ve also had a special bond with cats. I grew up with a cat, so I understand the patience and gentleness they need. What sets me apart? I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them the love and attention they deserve. Whether it's playing, feeding, or just cuddling on the couch, I’m here to make sure your pet feels at home.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm and caring environment, whether in my home or yours. I currently live in a quiet house in Amsterdam with my partner (who is also a pet lover), and I can ensure your pet feels safe and loved during their stay. I’m experienced with giving medications, handling different temperaments, and providing plenty of playtime and cuddles. My home has enough space for dogs and cats to feel comfortable, and I’ll follow your instructions to the letter to ensure your pet’s routine remains consistent.

I fully recommend Vanessa! She took amazing care of my 1-year-old husky while I was away at the beach for a weekend. Huskies can be a handful, but Vanessa handled my pup’s high energy like a pro. She made sure my dog got plenty of exercise, stuck to her feeding schedule, and sent me the sweetest updates and photos throughout the weekend. When I came back, my dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly loved spending time with her. Knowing that Vanessa was so attentive and caring gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I would absolutely trust her again to look after my fur baby!

Schedule
I have plenty of free time and am available to care for your pets 7 days a week. I just arrived in Amsterdam and will be staying until March, so I’m fully dedicated to providing reliable pet care during this time. Whether it’s a quick visit, an overnight stay, or longer-term care, I’m here to help!
