I recently switched careers as I am turning nearly 40. I have the whole summer off, then school for nursing (mostly online, starting in September of 2026). If I’m ever not here, my parents that live nearby will be with the pups. Never unattended.

I own my home with a big backyard with several dog areas fenced in. I have separate dog areas in the house for different temperaments (not all dogs love joining the pack at first and that’s ok!). I have two goldendoodles who love friends! At this time I’m only doing boarding, I’ll watch over, feed, give medications etc, of course making sure they get their energy out playing and walking as well.

Medications, even injections if needed, are ok. I’m comfortable caring for senior dogs as well, medication schedules, etc. Just overload me with info on your pup and I’m all over it!
A typical day
You’ll find us all outdoors as much as possible, weather permitting. I like group walks when I can, depends on the dog of course. Getting energy out is essential, and it gives me something to do!

Pet care experience
I can handle all temperaments of dogs, and can asses them quickly on arrival. If they’re not good with others, no problem! I have many separate areas. If they love joining the pack, then great! Either way they’ll never be left alone. I have bred goldendoodles, and still do. I have a full in house professional dog washing station as well :). I just love dogs.

My son Vance Jr lives for dogs. When I lost my son, the first thing I wanted to do was get to his house with five dogs there they’ll love and chaos was soothing ointment. I watched Vance as he hated his golden doodle in her first litter of eight puppies. Vance gets the best equipment and the best exercise ideas for his dogs. He taught me a lot about loving a dog and I know I’ll always have a couple in my house because of him.
