Dog lover of all dogs
I grew up with dogs and have always been asked by family, friends and neighbors to care for their dogs. I’ve successfully cared for the well-behaved and the ill-mannered pets. My family knows me as the dog whisperer, and my friends know to look for the closest dogs when they loose me in a crowd. I believe that a tired dog is a happy, good dog. I will gage your dogs abilities and let them set the pace. I am a neat and tidy person. I can follow the dog rules as well as you explain them to me. I'm currently enrolled in graduate school, and have classes that I have to attend in person. This means that I may be gone for up to 6 hours at a time for classes. My goal is to make you and your dog happy and for you to know that your pet has the best care.

Valerie stayed in our home with our two pitties for 10 days. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She followed every house rule, was so respectful of our home, and most importantly, took fantastic care of our girls- one of which has medical issues and the other is very anxious/nervous. We got a detailed update every day with pictures and videos. She will be our go to person for any future vacation vacations!
If I could give Valerie 100 stars, I would!!! I recently moved to Atlanta with my Pit Mix, Allen, and I was worried about finding the right person to watch him while I’m away because we are used to my family and friends watching him in Virginia. As soon as we had our meet & greet with Valerie, all worries went away. Valerie is experienced, kind, trustworthy, and gives the best “pupdates” while watching your pet. I can’t thank her enough for taking care of my boy!!!
Valerie is a recurring sitter for our two pups and as always did an amazing job with our girls! She is great with daily updates and we can tell she really loves our dogs!
Valerie was communicative leading up to and during her stay. She left my home the way it was when she got there. Most importantly, she cared for and loved my dogs as if they were her own!
Valerie was a great caretaker and companion for our dog while we were out of town. Highly recommended. Will be looking to work with her going forward.
Valerie provided thorough updates and checked in with pictures daily. She took the time to visit beforehand and meet our pups, and was able to make sure their individual personalities and energy levels were respected. We felt very at ease knowing they were in excellent, caring hands! We would trust Valerie to house sit again!

Schedule
I am currently enrolled in graduate school. This fall I have classes in afternoons and evenings. I may be in available for up to 6 hours at time. Please reach out for my available times.
