Tails of Paw-ridise
Elvis, a 14lb shi-poo and his two new buddies, Tucker and Nanook, love having other puppy guests over since his big brother passed on. We are very active and enjoy going for long walks and finding new things to sniff. The house is open with plenty of space to lounge on. The house is tiled except for the guest bedrooms and pretty puppy proof with a close of a few bedroom doors and a blanket on the couch. The pups have full access to a fenced outdoor space where squirrel and bird activity can be found in the mornings. I have had dogs since I was 7 years old and I volunteered at shelter for many years. I grew up with animals of all kinds on a farm in Vermont and its just my way of life. Furry friends are the best! I will cherish yours as much as I cherish mine. Please note that I prefer only weekend stay-cations for your pup but can do mid week if we arrange with enough advance notice.

Valerie is the best! I felt totally comfortable leaving Buddy with her. She has a lovely home and a nice big back yard. I was gone a week and she sent adorable pictures everyday. I would definitely recommend her.
This was our first time Ziggy being away from our house. I was rather anxious. Valerie made me feel much more relaxed with her communication and Ziggy seemed to have a great time!
Valerie took really great care of Buddy. I know he was happy and safe. She updated me with photos while I was gone. I highly recommend her.

Schedule
I have a pretty flexible schedule and my husband works from home. The dogs will get plenty of belly rubs and love. Since, we have three of our own, we are very prepared for any doggie need

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard and we we generally keep the dogs corralled to wherever we are or in the non carpet areas. We are happy to crate, if you bring one. Dogs can go on furniture (up to 25lb)

A typical day
Because I have three of my own and enjoy hiking and walks, we will be active. . I’m always up for a game of keep away or catch.
