Hello, My name is Val! I am an extreme animal lover and I would love to care for your pets. I am very comfortable with bigger/high energy dogs, which is the type of dog I had growing up. I’ve also had a lot of experienxe with senior dogs, dogs who don’t like other dogs, and various medication treatments. I love to get out and go for walks and would love for your furry friend to join me. I've been pet sitting for over 10 years for various friends/family/clients across the country and Canada. While I was living in NY I volunteered at an animal shelter where my main focus was walking and socializing with the dogs. The first half of 2024 I stepped away from Rover to pet sit on Trusted Housesitters giving 5 star service (see photos for references).

Val gave our pup a wonderful visit, respecting that she’s doggy anxious and taking her on long, interesting trail walks in place of a typical dog park. We’d take Stella back in a heartbeat!
Valerie was great! She took great care of my dog gage and kept me updated the whole stay.
Valerie was excellent with Murphy for his weekend stay. She made sure to stay in communication with us throughout the day and also took pictures to show us how he was doing. I would definitely recommend Valerie!
Our older dog was really comfortable with Valerie, who was very responsible dog sitter. Loved the daily communication from her!

I work from home so I am flexible to you and your pets needs! Day or night I am available to care for and protect your pet.
