Long time dog and cat lover!
I’ve been taking care of dogs since middle school, I was the dog-walker and sitter for the neighborhood. I have been dog waking/sitting, cat sitting and farm sitting in Maine since October 2021

I have a kitten at home, so when I come over to see your pet I’m always very gentle and cautious with my approach to make sure the pet has plenty of time and space to warm up to me. I can clean up messes, play tug-of-war or fetch for hours, and walk or run with your dog- whatever you’d like! Same with cats- I’m happy to clean litter boxes, feed, play and show love to any kitty! As a cat person I also understand that your cat may take a while to warm up to me or just stay hidden when I drop in- that’s totally okay too. I’m happy just to get to spend time with different animals!

Valerie has taken care of our 2 cats and 1 dog several times now. She is absolutely amazing. I'm always so impressed with her promptness and communication. We ask her to bring in any packages that come during our trips. She does that too with no problem and this trip, I had one that needed to be refrigerated and she did that without being informed to. Just perfect! Appreciate Valerie so much!

Schedule
I work full-time during the week, but am available for pop-ins and walks early morning and after work on weekdays, and all day on weekends.
