Pets have always been a significant part of my life, from growing up with family animals to being a dog mom and aunt in my adult life. I believe every animal has a unique personality, and I enjoy building strong relationships with them based on that understanding. I am available to provide various pet care services, including potty breaks, walks, and occasional overnight stays. Valerie went above and beyond walking our dog Rocko while I was traveling for work. She took the time to meet Rocko before the first walk so that she could better understand his energy level and personality. Rocko is a high energy dog and Valerie took extra time to take him places where he could get new smells and run freely. He was always so excited to see her and we are grateful to have someone we can trust taking care of Rocko.
Valerie went above and beyond to take care of our two cats over the holidays! Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for an attentive and caring pet sitter.
Valerie went above and beyond to take care of my two cats. In addition to feeding and litter, she spent extra time to play with them which left them stimulated and happy. She provided daily updates with photos, and even cleaned their litter area without me asking. She treated my little ones as her own. Highly recommend Valerie for any devoted cat owner.

Valerie was an excellent cat-sitter, arriving promptly at the same time each day and sending detailed messages with adorable photos! She went above and beyond creating a checklist of all the important tasks and bringing in mail/watering plants!
We cannot say enough positive things about Valerie! We had a few rotations of sitters to cover the several weeks we were gone (family and a neighbor), and Valerie was definitely the most experienced of them all. Our one cat takes a pill daily, and while he takes it just fine for his mom, he wasn't taking it for the sitters. Valerie came up with safe, creative ways to get him to take his pill. She also left wonderfully detailed check-in notes and was very communicative. We'd highly recommend her if you want peace of mind that someone experienced and compassionate is taking care of your fur children!

Schedule
I currently work full time. Please check with me about specific times and days. I am open to long and short term contracts. At this time, I am unable to host in my home. I am available to sit in your home. If this is our first time meeting, please request far enough in advance so that we could have a meet and greet.
