I’m available for morning and evening visits during the week, and I’m fully available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for more flexible care. I’m careful to only accept bookings I can fully commit to, so every pet gets the attention and care they deserve.

For the past 7 years, I’ve worked as a professional animal trainer with marine mammals—so patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement are at the core of everything I do. I bring that same thoughtful, reward-based approach to working with dogs and other pets. I currently have a small Pomeranian mix of my own, so I understand just how important it is to trust someone with your four-legged family member. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and well-being are always my top priorities—and I’ll care for them just like they’re part of my own family.

Valerie was an amazing sitter for my cat! Very professional and kind!
Valerie was awesome. The day we were supposed to have our meet and greet I had to take Gidget to the vet because she was not eating. The vet wanted to keep her a few hours which pushed back out appointment time. Valerie was very understanding and flexible. Valerie was awesome with each of our dogs who have very different personalities. She was able to give Gidget the medication the vet has prescribed. Valerie contacted me to see if she could try something to help Gidget to eat. She went over and beyond to take care of our girls. Valerie contacted me daily to let me know how each of the girls were doing. Valerie was also very respectful of our home. I am very grateful for her!
