I love dogs! kitties! fish! chickens! bunnies and more! I have been pet sitting professionally for 7+ years here in Eugene, OR. I grew up on a small farm, so have been around and responsible for animals all my life....dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, bunnies, and koi ponds. I am very responsible, reliable, and sensitive to pets' needing their regular routines, so I make sure I follow the pet owner's instructions to a "T"! I think of, and treat every pet that I sit for as if it were my own..so I make sure I give them lots of love, care and attention. I currently do not have a dog..my sweet, sweet boy, Mason, a Golden Retriever, has crossed over the rainbow bridge. I do have a very vocal cat, Monkey, and a 22 yr old mare that my daughter and I adopted 2 years ago...both can vouch for me :) I can provide. references if you wish...and am insured with Pet Care Insurance.

Valerie watched my pup for the day while I was in Eugene. Great setup, responsive, and caring! Would definitely come back.
Valerie was great for our day away at the Oregon Country Fair. She’s a great communicator and our pup Fritz had a good stay. She was respectful of his shy start but then joined the pack when he felt up for it! Thank you for keeping him safe, happy and entertained!!
Valerie took such great care of my two kitty boys! She was truly amazing with them and also with me - sending photos frequently along with updates. She answered my questions and special requests to make sure Izzy was peeing first day. I was able to go visit them as well. Her home is clean and neat. When we arrived to her special room for kitties for drop-off day, it was so welcoming and all set up for two cats. I felt so welcomed. I will have to replicate some of the beds and carpet she has for them, they loved them so much. There is a big, secure catio with kitty door for those cats with indoor-outdoor preferences; it has a whole wooden structure in it for them to climb or be up high or down on the ground. Valerie gave my boys lots of loves and playtime/laptime. Milo "helped" her with paperwork (ahem). She is calm and warm and loving. When I visited, they were so calm. Izzy was hesitant at first, hiding under the bed, but by day 2 he was ready to get rubs and playtime. She even plays soothing kitty t.v./music for them. I 100% recommend Valerie and her set-up. She also invited me for a meet and greet before booking. I am so grateful for Valerie taking care of my cats while I traveled and looked for a rental.

Valerie is a gem. She’s got a dedicated room just for cats that even has a “Catio” a.k.a. a patio in human terms, that is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s a big enclosure that lets your kitties venture outside without actually being outside. You can’t possibly go wrong using Valerie to love on your fur babies !! I got several pictures daily sowing our fur baby having the time of his life with Valerie !!❤️
She is the best! Oaks loves staying with her, and that means a lot because my pup is an anxious one.

Harmonogram
I offer Doggy Daycare: Monday thru Friday and In-Home Boarding ( Kennel Free): Monday thru Sunday at my home and I am here full time. I also offer 1/2 day of daycare: 8:30ish - 12:30ish..or 12:30ish-4:30ish for $25..includes pick up and drop off if within the 5 mile radius of my home. My goal is for the pets to feel loved and cared for while having lots of FUN! :)

Doggy Daycare Small 'classroom' - your dog wont get lost in the shuffle, or overwhelmed by dozens of dogs. Yard is fully fenced with three separate areas for different personalities and energy levels. I take your pets' health and safety very seriously! So we wash and sanitize EVERYTHING! In-home boarding When your pets are here, they're part of the family and we'll spoil them like we do our own pets. (only as much as you allow, of course!)

Doggy Daycare includes: pickup and drop off if you choose, Snack & "blow dry" ( if wet) under a fan while enjoying a Kong before going home Snuggle & playtime Fun things at Daycare: Tennis ball pit Giant 7ft sprinkler pad (summer only) Covered outdoor area, and temperature controlled garage for rainy days Dog couch for lounging and..more! Pet Boarding Includes: Dogs: Daycare if they want it. Their own little yard if they don't. If they're allowed on the bed and furniture at home, they are at my home too! If not, we have a variety of dog beds to choose from or crates if they prefer. Cats: Cat room and large Catio with lots of fun things to peak their curiosity. Both: Whatever your pet needs! Meds, cuddles, playtime, special meals, etc. No extra charges! When your pet(s) are here, they're part of the family and we'll spoil them like we do our own pets. (only as much as you allow, of course!)
