Dog lover all my life!

I am a retired veterinary nurse and canine physical rehabilitation practitioner. I used to be in the ICU department and I loved it. I could really care for every one of my patients not just on the medical side of things but also nurturing them back to health. I have had a love for dogs all my life and rescued my current dogs (2 beagles) when they were babies. I was a dog walker in California and I hated to leave my clients when I moved to Utah, it was heartbreaking. Now I would love to take care of your dog (s) and give them love and exercise. I also can take care of medications to be given and other things you may need. Just let me know!

Safety, trust & environment

I am very careful on walks to make sure that everybody is safe. I keep a close eye. I do have a dog so she would need to be with me if I am staying at your house. She is super friendly and clean.

Charlie had a great time with Valerie while we were out and about. She was eager to play with him and he fondly bade her goodbye when she left!

I worked with Valarie in the veterinary field. She is loving caring and very knowledgeable. Your pets would love her as much as she loves them. I would trust Valarie with my fur kids and my 2 legged kids .

Val has been my daily dog walker (sitter) for a year and a half. I can count on her to be a great and loving care giver to my elderly dog. She always knows just what he needs. Her experience as a vet tech has been invaluable when I’ve had questions about Mason and what he needs and if I should take him to the doctor. She’s always prompt and dedicated. Mason is not a great walker and definetly not a hiker, but if he was, I’d love Val to take him out. I wholeheartedly recommend Val.

Val has been caring for our dog Blu over the past 2 years... And I'm lucky that she is super flexible with scheduling! I love seeing how happy Blu is after a day with her, getting a healthy walk/hike and lots of play time. He's a happy camper with overnight visits too, whenever we travel. Blu is an older Lab with several health issues, so Val's special vet training really helps put my mind at ease. She really cares about his health, comfort, and happiness!

I worked as a emergency ICU tech with Valerie for a very long time. She's an amazing person and an amazing animal advocate. She is a lovable ball of energy and anybody would be lucky to have her as her their dog sitter or dog walker. Park City, Val is your girl!!
