Fun, Reliable Dog Sitter
Welcome to my page! Let me introduce myself - I'm a friendly, energetic, and experienced pet sitter, and am happy to offer my services for your dog. I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals—including dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, guinea pigs, and rabbits—and my passion for them has only grown. Today, I run a horse rescue and care for my own dogs, cats, chickens, and horses. I am a paravet tech, so I am comfortable administering medication of all kinds, doing wound care/ bandaging, injections, and much more. I would be happy to welcome your dog into my home in the suburbs. They will have plenty of company with my fur baby, Karma, a sweet and playful 7-year-old Pit/Whippet mix (65 lbs) who loves other dogs. I also live with my boyfriend and his 7-year-old Pug, who is a relaxed couch potato and gets along great with dogs of all sizes. Because I visit the ranch daily to care for the horses, your dog is welcome to join me. Well-behaved dogs can hang out either on or off-leash at the ranch, or they can simply relax at the house. Please note that I provide a cage-free environment unless a crate is specifically provided by you. To ensure the best possible environment for all the animals in my care, I do have a few standard preferences: - Pets must be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention. - I prefer not to sit dogs under 2 years of age, dogs who are prone to chewing, or un-fixed pets (though I am open to exceptions for exceptionally well-behaved dogs). If you are looking for a loving, active, and experienced home for your dog while you are away, please let me know. I would love to discuss how I can help care for your pup!

Valerie did an amazing job! In addition to taking great care of Daisy, she also administered Daisy eye medicine twice a day and accommodated her wearing a cone throughout her visit!

Schedule
I work from home taking care of and training rescue horses. If dogs are good off leash they at welcome to hang out while I do my chores and have free run of the property. I have lots of time to run and play with your pup!

I have a large, UNFENCED yard for your fur baby to run and play. I like to think of my place as a doggie vacation! They're always happy to arrive abs never want to leave.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Walks can be accommodated, but usually aren't necessary unless a dog doesn't do well off leash. Your dog's sleeping arrangement We ask owners to bring their pet's bed for them to sleep on, and dogs sleep in either the kitchen or living room or in the bedroom with me and Karma. Time I'll spend with your dog I spend the majority of the day with the dogs I sit along with my dog. I work from home so I'm at the ranch all day.

- I do not sit un-neutured or intact males, dogs that like to chew things besides toys, or dogs under 2 years of age. Otherwise, dogs must be friendly towards other dogs and people, and know general manners (i.e. not peeing inside). I have experience with all types of dogs and all ages, have no problem giving medications of any kind.
