Availability
I'm a freelance worker with a flexible schedule. Therefore, I'm available throughout the week for dog walking and potty breaks. Unfortunately, my apartment is too small to host your pet for a weekend or during the day. However, I'm mostly free for long-term and short-term dog sittings to keep your dog company when you're not here.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm really attentive to your schedule and the special needs your pet might have. I love to be active, take long walks or runs in the park, and play with the dog outside. I can make sure the pet follows the house rules if there are any. If your dog is cuddly, I can be there for some relaxing time and belly scratches.
Information Valerie F. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if: your dog has special needs; the feeding schedule and food preferences; is there a dog park around your home; is the dog friendly with other dogs and humans; what commands the pet knows and what languages understands.
A typical day
A happy dog is a tired dog! I prefer to take dogs for a walk to explore new smells and make new friends, and spend active time in the park enjoying fetch, playing ball, or running. At home, I prefer to keep the dog busy with their favorite toys and give them time to nap or enjoy some scratches.

Pet care experience
I have long personal experience dogsitting for my close friends and family members and volunteering as a dog walker for animal shelters in the USA. Last year, as an Au Pair for a French family, I cared for a 9-month-old golden retriever, including long walks, games, baths, feeding, minimal training, and cuddles. While I was still living in Ukraine, my friends and family trusted me with house-sitting and home-boarding their dogs while they were out of town (mostly small and medium-sized dogs). I'm a huge dog lover and will certainly give your dog extra cuddles. I have an intermediate level of French, but fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Reviews

Valerie was exceptional. She made my dog feel comfortable right away and took her for a walk to Luxembourg Gardens. She really engaged with Lily and took fabulous pictures! I highly recommend!!

Super dog sitter ! Ponctuelle, sympathique, rassurante. Elle s'est très bien occupée de mon petit chiot, alors qu'il n'est même pas encore propre. Merci beaucoup !

Valerie is such a great sitter for our dog, she showed real care, got along very well from the very first minute. Highly recommend, professional, caring person

Super dog sitter !
