Valerie was amazing! I requested very last minute to have her come to our campsite and potty our dogs a couple of times in a day. She was super quick to respond, flexible and communicative. We really appreciated her taking care of our fur babies so we could enjoy the beauty of Banff!

We truly could not have asked for a better sitter for our sweet Poppy during our wedding week in Banff! From the moment they met, Poppy absolutely fell in love with her, and that alone gave us so much peace of mind. She is one of the sweetest, kindest people you’ll ever meet and treated Poppy like she was her own. She was always incredibly prompt - in fact, she consistently arrived early and was so reliable throughout the busiest week of our lives. She kept us updated, was so attentive to Poppy’s needs, and made it possible for us to fully enjoy our wedding knowing our girl was in the best hands. Poppy is usually pretty selective about people, but she absolutely adored her, and it was obvious the feeling was mutual. Seeing how excited Poppy was every time she arrived melted our hearts. She went above and beyond in every way, and we are so incredibly grateful we found her. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, dependable, loving, and will care for your pet as if they were family, stop searching and book her. We would choose her again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our little Poppy. You were such a special part of our wedding week! Valerie was so great with our boy, send updates and took good care of him while we were out :)

Valerie has walked my dog for approximately the last two years and he absolutely ADORES her. He is very high maintenance, needs pyjamas or jackets for the cold and wet, booties for his feet. Valerie always makes sure he’s properly dressed so he doesn’t shiver or lift his paws! He’s always so tired after a walk with Val which is my main goal with a busy job. Thank you for always being on time, being a safe person to leave my dog with and for exercising him rain or shine!

Val spent a few nights with our medium-sized pitbull while she was on medication for the week. She handled everything without any issues, despite the extra care and challenges. Val is such a kind and reliable person. We feel completely confident in our choice and will absolutely choose her every time.

Valerie was amazing. She stayed in our spare room for five days to take care of our dog while we were on vacation. The excitement our dog shows when she sees Val makes our hearts explode—we know she is truly well taken care of while we’re away.
