Valerie was incredible to my 2 dogs, she has great communication and provided me with an update for each visit. This is my first time using rover and I can’t express how thankful at how smoothly the process went of finding a great pet sitter for my fur babies. She is reliable and very time punctual, I will absolutely be rebooking her for the future. Thank you Valerie!

Valerie was amazing with our dog, Guapo! She came by for two days, three times a day, to feed him, let him out, and spend quality time with him. She stayed as close to his regular schedule as possible, which we really appreciated because routine is important for Guapo. She was incredibly patient with him, especially since he’s very suspicious of new people and tends to bark until he realizes they’re friendly. Valerie even took the time to come meet him before her scheduled visits so he could get a little more comfortable with her. When we got home, Guapo was just as happy and content as when we left, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even with my landlord being a bit particular about parking, Valerie maintained excellent communication throughout the entire stay and handled everything professionally. We truly appreciate the care and attention she gave Guapo. We would absolutely book Valerie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter!

Valerie was fantastic! She had great communication during every drop-in visit, was always on time making sure my dog didn’t go too long without a bathroom break, and spent quality time with my dog. I came home to a happy, well cared for pup, and I really appreciated the updates while I was away. I will definitely book her again!
