I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes- from Yorkies and Tabbies to German Shepherds- since I was in elementary school. My neighbors, friends, and family have all trusted me to watch and walk their pets. I also have experience volunteering at my local animal shelter and working with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits of all kinds. Additionally, I have owned fish and guinea pigs, and I currently have a dog.

Safety, trust & environment
I can feed and clean up after pets, crate them if preferred, and walk dogs. I can stay with pets as long as needed to spend time with them, so long as my class and work schedules do not conflict. I have experience administering medication to dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs. I am comfortable with a wide variety of temperaments as well, and am very calm and patient when meeting new friends.
Ratings and reviews
Valerie is amazing with dogs and personable with humans as well. She has her own dog and has also been around our two dogs. She takes great care and concern for each of them and their very different personalities. She is a hard working, loving, and a responsible young adult. There's not many people that I would trust with our dogs, but she's definitely top of our list!
Valerie is one the sweetest people I have ever met! Not only that, she is kind and thoughtful as well! From the moment we met it was clear that she loves animals. She’s incredibly responsible and trustworthy too. You can be sure that she’ll take the best care of your pet!

Schedule
I’m a college student with a flexible schedule and no pets of my own at school to take care of. I miss my dog back home! I work on-campus as well, and my supervisors prefer to work around my schedule. I have availability between my classes most days and evenings, so I have time to come by and care for pets.
