Hi, I’m Valerie! With over 7 years of experience on Rover, I’ve cared for pets of all kinds—from playful puppies to senior dogs and cats with medical needs. I take pride in keeping every pet’s routine consistent and stress-free, whether that means extra potty breaks, administering medications, or giving lots of love and attention. I make sure pets always have fresh water, plenty of playtime at the park, and a calm, loving environment. Valerie was great! She took care of my high energy dog for a 10 day stay at my house and he was well taken care of and the house was in great order.
Valerie helped us to watch our cat while we were away. We booked extended visits for her to play with a cat because he is super sociable and was sad while we were away - Valerie did a great job playing and taking care of a cat! I'd love to book her again in the future.
Valerie took great care of our senior cat while we were away for several weeks. She went above and beyond to soothe his anxiety when he was acting strange and not eating. She send us daily updates and Jimmy absolutely loved her! Highly recommend Valerie and we’ll be looking to book again with her in the future.

Valerie is a true animal lover, she asked plenty of important questions beforehand and my pup, Sphincter, was instantly comfortable with her. Valerie is also very friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. I love how Valerie pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she really knew my little pup: from her treats and her routine down to the way she likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was gone because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that I didn’t have to bring Sphincter to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Valerie and her pet sitting services to all my friends and family with furry pets. Don’t even worry about stressing or planning for a trip to the kennel, just let Valerie come over and take care of your favorite pet at home. You will not be disappointed.
