I currently work full time from 9am to 5pm. I only go to the office on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. I would be willing to go after 5pm to check on pets if needed the days I work from home and will be available on weekends.

Usually in my home I try to provide comfort for my pets, usually I try to have beds in their favorites places and also make sure to have toys, for cats I made a homemade scratcher out of rope and an old lamp post. I will adapt to anything and do anything that is required for the comfort of your pets.

I love to play with dogs and stimulate with treats and toys. I love to play with fetch with dogs and have them chase me around, I think I enjoy it more than they do.

I’ve had pets my whole life, but I began to have a lot of pets in 2008, we started to have 5+ dogs and 5+ cats, bunnies, and chickens, so I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and I know what it takes to take care of pets, I genuinely love animals, I am originally from Costa Rica and have seen really bad situations with stray cats and dogs, I get physically ill if I feel I can’t help an animal in need and there have been many situations where we have saved animals and brought them back to health and foster puppies and kittens. I consider myself really passionate about animals and I even have experience with assisting in grooming and if anything is needed please let me know, I will always be willing to help.

Valeria was great with Link! She met up with us a week pripr to get to know him and see the space he lives in. She was highly communicative and very kind with links care! I felt reassured and like he was in good hands while J was away and I came home to him happy and healthy!
When I needed someone to watch my apartment and my dog on short notice, Val was a perfect sitter! She saved my weekend out of town and kept my boy happy in his own home. I returned home to find it cleaner than I left it, and barely a trace of Val. Wonderful first experience with Rover, and I'd gladly book Val again.
