I had such a great experience! From the beginning, she was very proactive about asking questions to get to know my dog, his personality, and his routine, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care. While I was away, she was incredibly communicative and consistently kept me updated with photos and videos, so I always knew how he was doing. It was also clear from the moment I met her that she genuinely loves dogs and really cares about the animals she looks after. I felt completely at ease having her care for my dog for several days and knew he was in great hands. I would absolutely trust her with him again and would definitely use her services in the future!
I have worked with Valeria many times and each time is consistently such a good experience ❤️ she sends me videos and photos throughout the day and Pancho always comes home very happy and relaxed. Thank you for everything!
Valeria ha sido encantadora, al igual que su pareja. He dejado a Bala con ellos en dos ocasiones y la han tratado como si fuera su propia perra. Además, se aseguró de quedar antes para que su perra y la mía se conocieran, algo que demuestra profesionalidad y mucha dedicación. Valeria and her partner Manuel are wonderful. I already had a good feeling from the start, and I am very happy to have found them. Pancho came home with me super happy and content, I could tell he had a great day. Ivy, their sweet shih tzu, is a huge plus! Pancho was playing with her all day. A good dog raised by good people. Valeria fue increíble cuidando a mi perro Kali. Desde el primer momento me sentí tranquila porque su comunicación fue clara, rápida y muy amable. Durante la estancia me mandó varias fotos y actualizaciones, lo que me dio muchísima confianza y me permitió disfrutar mi viaje con la seguridad de que Kali estaba en buenas manos. Se nota que realmente le importan los animales y que pone atención en cada detalle. Muy recomendada!
