Vale fue súper atenta durante todo el proceso. Desde el primer momento se ofreció a que fuéramos antes para que Pichilo pudiera conocerla a ella y a su perrita Ivy, que también es un amor, y así pudiese sentirse más cómodo y familiarizarse con el lugar. Nos preguntó varias cosas sobre él y tuvo muchísimo cuidado con su espalda, que siendo un salchicha es algo súper importante. Además, durante toda la estancia nos fue mandando fotos y vídeos sin que tuviéramos que pedirlos, lo cual nos dio muchísima tranquilidad. La verdad que Pichilo volvió súper contento y nosotros muy tranquilos. Vale e Ivy son un amor, esperamos repetir pronto. ¡Gracias, Vale!

I had such a great experience! From the beginning, she was very proactive about asking questions to get to know my dog, his personality, and his routine, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care. While I was away, she was incredibly communicative and consistently kept me updated with photos and videos, so I always knew how he was doing. It was also clear from the moment I met her that she genuinely loves dogs and really cares about the animals she looks after. I felt completely at ease having her care for my dog for several days and knew he was in great hands. I would absolutely trust her with him again and would definitely use her services in the future!

Valeria ha sido encantadora, al igual que su pareja. He dejado a Bala con ellos en dos ocasiones y la han tratado como si fuera su propia perra. Además, se aseguró de quedar antes para que su perra y la mía se conocieran, algo que demuestra profesionalidad y mucha dedicación. Todo ha sido fantástico — sin duda volveré a dejar a Bala con ellos cuando lo necesite.

Valeria fue increíble cuidando a mi perro Kali. Desde el primer momento me sentí tranquila porque su comunicación fue clara, rápida y muy amable. Durante la estancia me mandó varias fotos y actualizaciones, lo que me dio muchísima confianza y me permitió disfrutar mi viaje con la seguridad de que Kali estaba en buenas manos.
