I grew up with dogs and cats, took care of them and have a great passion for animals. I’ve had my own pets since 2007 (2 cats and a dog). Since 2020 I have fostered animals for a local shelter including dogs, puppies as young as 6 months, and kittens as young as 5 weeks. I have basic experience in dog training.

This is my third time booking with Valentine! She does a great job ensuring the comfortability of my cat! My cat is usually shy but is always quick to warm up to Valentine. Valentine does also does a great job communicating and keeping you updated!
Valentine was so kind and easy to work with. I could tell she really cared about my dog and took lots of care to make sure she got along with the other pets in the home. She is flexible and so communicative too!
I always feel like my kitties are in great hands with Valentine!
Valentine was terrific! My younger cat, Lula, who takes a while to warm up to most people was on her lap from day 1 and Leo was all in for belly rubs from day 1. Communication was great also and I would hire her again to watch my kitties any time. Thanks!

Schedule
I’m currently working on a part-time contract basis so my schedule is very flexible and I would love to help you care for your pet(s). I am available daily with a set schedule to accommodate your needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I am an experienced foster of dogs and kittens. I have a dedicated space (spare bedroom) to keep any animals separate from mine, but if they are dog and cat friendly they could be free roaming in the house when I am home. I have a cable for supervised potty time in the yard. I am experienced with crate training. I am clean and professional, respecting your space and routines in your home.
Pets
A typical day
I enjoy getting to know animals personalities by simply letting them be themselves and show me what they want. Want to play, great! Want to lounge on the couch, awesome! Dogs will get out for a 30-50 min walk each day varying the path for new and interesting smells and sights.
