Valentina was amazing! We hired her to be a dog sitter for our beloved 3mo old bernedoodle. She kept our pup in her home. Valentina did an amazing job at sending us pictures and checking in during our time away. She checked in with us before doing/giving our dog anything new. Our dog was taken very very well! We will definitely be sending our pup to Valentina again!

I had booked a 21 day boarding with her because I was out of town to be with my wife’s family but she ended the stay 5 days in. Profile mentioned she’s a stay at home mom but come to find out she has a regular job. She had to cut my dog’s stay early because she had let her escape and was chasing her within the neighborhood for about an hour, making her angry because she was late for work. She let my dog out in her backyard to play and complained that my dog was making her sofa dirty and was asking for more money. When I dropped off my dog, her pet, Bruno, was growling at my dog and is showing a little aggression. I didn’t mind it since Bruno is not familiar with my dog. Valentina was slapping Bruno on his face with her house slippers to make him calm down. I couldn’t stop thinking if she’s doing the same thing to my dog when she gets frustrated and starts hitting her whenever she’s being too playful so I had to ask my sister to get my dog asap. I felt concerned with the safety of my dog. Now, what was supposed to be a stress-free vacation gave us anxiety because we can’t be there for our dog. We had to book a different dog boarding asap because she decided she can’t finish the 21 day booking she accepted and had to cut it after 5 days. This is my first time using rover and I'm scared to use the app again. I thought I can guarantee my pet’s stay to be safe but I was wrong. Please know the sitter first before having them take care of your pet. Don’t always trust their profile because there’s no guarantee all of it is true. Honesty is missing
