I love taking care of pets in my spare time. I’ve taken care of a range of dogs and cats and grew up surrounded by dogs, birds, hamsters, rabbits and other exotic pets like hedgehogs and chickens.

I prefer to take care of pets in client’s home. I am also able to take dogs on morning/midday and evening walks. Unfortunately my building doesn’t allow pets

Valentina was thoughtful and caring while watching my dog and cat. She checked in regularly and kept me in the loop. My dog can be anxious and had some tummy trouble while with Valentina, but she kept in contact and was happy to give her some extra TLC to feel better.
Valentina was an excellent sitter to our dog, Queso. He’s a shy a guy, and Valentina was very patient with him, earning his trust. She was super communicative and responsive to us while we were on vacation. The house was cleaner than when we left it, which was above and beyond! We will definitely call Valentina again when we need Queso support!
Valentina pet sat for our two senior dogs for a long weekend. She took great care of the dogs, and was very communicative. She also left the house very tidy. I would definitely ask her to pet sit again!

Schedule
I am a typical 9-5er and have a remote job. I enjoy spending time with pets in early mornings, during lunch and evenings. I am also available on weekends, as well as for housesitting and taking care of pets while you are away on vacation. I am just getting started on Rover but have been pet sitting for 5 years in DC. References may be provided as needed.
