Hello! 🐾 My name is Valentina. Since early age (when I begged my parents to get a dog), I have always had a strong love for animals, which is my main motivation for becoming a pet sitter. Spending time with animals brings me a lot of joy, and I find it very rewarding to care for them and make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable when their owners are away. I enjoy learning about each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether that means going for long walks, playing, or simply giving them attention and companionship (or just simply leaving them alone - because I have also met pets who prefer that). 🐾 I live together with my boyfriend Daniel and he is a huge fan of dogs and he occasionally helps me to take care of them :) 🐾 My interest in becoming a pet sitter is also connected to my passion for animal care, but also that fact that growing up, I have been always surrounded by dogs, cats or bunnies and I just simply miss that animal´s love. Being a pet sitter allows me to work with animals, being close to them and contribute to their wellbeing in a meaningful way. 🐾 I have experience caring for pets such as dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbours. This includes feeding, walking, playing, cleaning up after them, and making sure they follow their usual routines so they feel relaxed and secure. 🐾 In my daily routine as a pet sitter, I focus on maintaining the pet’s normal schedule as much as possible. This includes regular walks, feeding times, playtime, and quiet time for rest. For pets staying with me for boarding or daycare, I make sure they get enough exercise, attention, and mental stimulation throughout the day. 🐾 I am comfortable handling different types of personalities, from energetic and playful pets to shy or nervous ones who need a calmer and more patient approach. I always take the time to build trust so that pets feel comfortable and secure in my care. 🐾 For the safety and health of all animals, I prefer to care for pets that are vaccinated. This helps ensure a safe environment for both the pets and the people caring for them. 🐾 I am a reliable, patient, and attentive person who will treat every pet with kindness and respect, just like they were my own. My goal is always to make sure pets feel loved and well cared for while their owners are away.

Vi følte os helt trygge ved at have vores labrador hos Valentina og hendes kæreste. Han fik masser af opmærksomhed og vi fik et billede af ham undervejs, hvor vi kunne se, han var akkurat lige så kælen, som han plejer at være. ☺️🐾🐾 Det var også rigtig dejligt, at vi blev mødt med fleksibilitet og forståelse da vores fly blev forsinket, så vi måtte hente lidt senere. Kan varmt anbefale Valentina, hvis du har brug for pasning af din hund. 🤩

Schedule
I make sure to follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and relaxed. I aim to provide pets consistent attention, supervision, and care. My goal is always to create a calm and caring environment where pets feel safe and well taken care of.

When caring for pets, my main priority is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I always follow the pet owner’s instructions closely so that the pet can keep their usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. If pets stay in my home for boarding or daycare, I provide a calm and welcoming environment where they can relax and feel at home. They receive plenty of attention, regular walks, playtime, and fresh water and meals according to their schedule. I also make sure the space is safe and suitable for pets, and I supervise them to ensure they are comfortable and happy. When caring for pets in the owner’s home, I respect their routines and environment. I make sure pets are fed on time, get enough exercise and attention, and feel secure in their familiar surroundings. I also keep the home tidy and provide updates so owners know their pets are doing well.
A typical day
I love spending time outside with the dogs and play with them. I have also met dogs that are not so much into that, so of course, I will respect that. Usually, I can provide long walks around the green area where I live :)
