Highly recommend! She was incredibly friendly and professional, and Maisie warmed to her almost immediately, which gave me great peace of mind. She followed all of Maisie's care instructions and specific needs perfectly, and even went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and comfortable while I was away. I received great updates throughout, and it was clear that Maisie was being very well looked after. I can’t speak highly enough of Valentina. My two cats are very different, with only their being siblings and their dislike of new people in common. This was my first time using a sitting service and I was nervous about it. However, it was clear even from photos received that both had taken to Valentina very quickly. She provided good updates and was consistent in her approach. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Valentina was superb! She came to see me and Toby before her visit with Toby. Toby clearly had a lovely time and Valentina was very polite, friendly and amazingly punctual. Would highly recommend and will ask to return next time I need a sitter.
Valentina’s service was great. It was great that she made a great relationship with my shy cat 🐈⬛. Valantina visited my cat twice a day and every day on time I can’t thanks her enough.
