I've had pets my entire life. It has been quite some time since I have owned a dog. I had the best dog of my life and since she passed away I don't think I can endure that loss again. However, I still crave interactions with man's best friend. I very recently lost my 19 year old kitty which has been difficult but I still have a 12yr old rescued cat with bad behaviors lol. I am experienced with providing oral medications and injections. I owned a diabetic cat that unfortunately died from cancer. I also have fish and cardene shrimp. I have cared for reptiles, birds, rats, mice, and other small furry friends. I am an RN but need to spend more time with critters to make my life more balanced and enjoyable. Sure, overtime as an RN pays better, but time spent with animals brings me joy. I have experience training both cats and dogs.

I keep my cat in the bedroom due to bad behaviors and extreme anxiety making it easy to care for another animal in our home if needed. I do not have a fenced yard but I live in a beautiful subdivision for long walks. I prefer to watch pets in their home to reduce anxiety but if your pet is very social and you prefer they stay in our home, our home is very pet friendly. Our whole family has cats and dogs and they always come to visit and get spoiled. Animals are allowed on furniture and run of our large home.

Valencia came over the day before her first visit to meet Rudy and Sparky, which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving them with someone. She was very warm and attentive with them, and I immediately felt at ease. The first visit went great, and it was so reassuring knowing they were in good hands!
Valencia took wonderful care of Rudy and Sparky! She made sure they both got their medications on time, took them out, and gave them lots of love and attention. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a long evening out and not have to worry about them at all. We came home to two happy pups and would absolutely have Valencia watch them again!
Valencia took amazing care of my 2 cats while we were out of the country for 10 days. As pet parents, leaving them behind is never easy, but she made the entire experience stress-free. We trusted her completely to care for our babies, and she exceeded our expectations. Our cats were happy, loved, and well looked after, and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing they were safe at home. We are so thankful for her and would recommend her without hesitation!
Valencia did a wonderful job caring for my pets! We have a cat and dog. She walked my dog everyday! Gave them both plenty of attention. Both of my pets were very comfortable with her from the very first visit. Valencia has brings a calm presence into the environment. I would highly recommend Valencia for a pet caregiver:)
For me, The most important qualities i want in my pet sitters are 1) above all, keep my pets safe while I’m away and 2) below kind enough to them that they enjoy having you care for them in my absence. Valencia is absolutely diligent in her pet care but she also has a huge heart for animals. The animals sense this completely and they love her back. Valencia has my total confidence and trust.
