I live in a studio in a quiet neighborhood and I have a secure yard. I prefer to be outside with yourr pet as I get to know them. I usually leave my door open to the outside while I am home so your pet can come and go. I will always have your pet on a leash on walks unless their recall on trail is impeccable.

A typical day
I like to follow any guidelines/trainings that the owners already have set in place such as crating, keeping on/off furniture, feeding the specified amount. I like to stay consistent :) Belly rubs and cuddles are unconditional and plenty! We'll go on a long excursion each day besides usual trips to the bathroom or 2-3 - 30 minutes walks. Really its whatever your preference is! I mostly work from home (or where ever there is wifi) so I have plenty of time for your fur babies! Possible excursions- trail hikes, dog park, the river, walks to the Rotary park. Bathroom breaks will happen often and pups will never be waiting longer than 2-3hrs for a potty break!

My name is Val and I reside in Moab, UT. I have been sitting through Rover for many years, took a long break and now that my 15 year spaniel has passed on, I am back and loving on pups as if they were my own and as often as I am available! I am a respectful and responsible pet, house and plant sitter and I can't wait to meet and play with your cherished fur friends! I love being outside as much as possible and having your high energy pet with me is a huge bonus. I also have experience taking care of puppies and senior animals. I have no issues with pets that may need more attention and training - including puppies or animals that have medical requirements. Val was awesome staying with my 4 month old Bernese Mountain Dog for a week. She was very active with him taking him for hikes and walks all over the valley. It's also not easy dealing with a puppy who wakes up in the middle of the night but she was great. She also left my place nice and clean. I'd definitely recommend her - your dog and apartment will be in good hands!

Val stayed in our condo for 8 nights to watch our senior Pomeranian, Chico. This was our first booking with Val and she did a fantastic job, taking great care of both Chico and our home while we were on vacation. Val was very responsive from the beginning and was easy to work with to schedule the stay. During our trip, Val was happy to send photos and videos of Chico to keep us connected. Upon returning, we found Chico very relaxed, asleep, safe and sound; and the house was just as we left it (clean, and tidy). Having Val in our home with Chico while we were away allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
